Boundaries

Any participant who is registered to play football or cheer for the Lenape Valley Indians (LV) or Warrington Warriors (WW) in the 2015 season can continue to participate for that association beyond the 2015 association regardless of where they live in the CBSD or which school they attend. This also applies to any of their siblings were not registered to play for an association in the 2016 season.

Children that attend the CBSD elementary schools listed below must register for LV unless they, or one of their siblings, participated for the WW in or prior to 2015.

Children that attend any CBSD elementary school not listed above may choose either association (Mill Creek, Butler, Bridge Valley, Kutz,). Children who attend private school must register using the school they WOULD attend if they went to CBSD. Once they register for a particular association in the 2016 season or beyond, they must remain with that association.

Beyond 2016, any new participant that registers for either association must remain with that association unless either parent moves to a new address within the CBSD that is served by the other association (i.e. one parent of a Pine Run child moves to the boundaries of Titus; the children can remain at LV or switch to WR, but cannot switch back unless their parents move again).

If a CBSD resident requests a waiver to play for another association, it must be signed by LV or WW

Waivers to any these rules must be signed by both Presidents (of LV and WW). The only waivers that will receive automatic approval will be related to situations in which one association does not field a team or squad and children can join the neighboring association to participate on that specific squad (i.e. LV fields a Mitey Mite football team, but WW does not; if LV has space available, WW players can register for LV to participate on that team). This does not apply to their siblings.
